Proper Rentals was founded on a simple belief: luxury transportation in LA should feel effortless, not transactional. We built the fleet we wished existed.
The Beginning
Proper Rentals started in 2019 when our founder — a longtime LA resident — grew tired of the gap between what luxury car rental promised and what it delivered. Dirty interiors, hidden fees, and indifferent service were the norm. We set out to change that.
The Standard
